From 8,200 Baht to 9,650 Baht for long-term rent (depending on apartment size and location)

  • Yearly rent:      3 x monthly rent

  • Water:                                   25 Baht per unit
  • Cable TV:                               free

Room rent:

The room rent is to be paid in advance for every month, whereas electricity and water will only be charged afterwards. The rent cost for a yearly contract does not have to be paid in advance. The deposit payment will suffice for security.
