All dishes are prepared with carefully selected and healthy ingredients. Easy ABC Thai Culinary School teaches twice daily, a different menu set of six delicious Thai dishes.

Special booking is required to learn Pad Thai paste, soy milk, ginger tea and a mystery dessert.

Have fun taking part in a 3-hour Thai cooking course, including joint consumption of the foods, drinks, and a menu description portfolio.

An "Easy ABC Cooking Course Diploma" is given to students completing five menu sets which is 25 dishes.

A 10% discount is given to students who apply for a five menu-set course.

Those who want a more comprehensive Thai cookery learning experience can do so by booking a multiple complementing Menu Set cookery course of 30 Thai dishes and receive an Easy ABC Cooking Diploma upon completion of the class. This certificate and practical experience could benefit those who want to apply for a Thai chef position anywhere in the world.

Students that desire preparation for the Thai Department of Skills - Thai Cookery Proficiency Exam or looking to become a culinary professional can do so in an approved 90 hour course.

We welcome vegetarians and provide meat alternatives, perhaps these will be our home made Tofu. Diabetics can obtain recommendations as how to prepare their food with a few, small changes.

All dishes are made with fresh and healthy ingredients, without any preservatives and flavourants such as glutamate (msg).

Noodles, sauces, curry pastes aren’t just bought comfortably at the supermarket, they are all home made. Vegetables and seafood are bought in the morning at the market and utilized the same day.
