Living in Pattaya – at the school’s apartments
You can live comfortably and inexpensively in Pattaya.
The question of the type of accommodation depends on personal preferences. Should it be a quiet location, or right in the center – close to the sea, shopping centers, restaurants and nightlife?
For long-term stays – e.g. for a language course stay or a holiday lasting several weeks, a hotel stay is not usually an option due to the cost. That is why we at Easy ABC offer various furnished studio apartments in South and Central Pattaya (Pattaya Klang), in a wide range of prices, for monthly rental.
All of our apartments are furnished, air-conditioned, have their own bathroom and equipped with cable TV, WiFi internet.
Prices depend on the room, location, size, furnishings and category (see below) plus additional costs such as electricity, water and room cleaning. Maximum occupancy 2 people per room. Family rooms with an additional bunk bed (max. 4 pax) available at an additional cost.
Guest house in South Pattaya / Jomtien – close to the school
The FUN-DEE Guest House is only a 5-minute walk from our school in South Pattaya and offers cheap, but safe and clean rooms for monthly rental.

All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning, have their own bathroom, cable TV and WiFi internet, some with a balcony. Coin-operated washing machines are available. Room cleaning is possible by arrangement.
A hudge market for shopping and food is right at the end of the street, 2 minutes walking distance. Furthermore there are some shops and restaurants in the neighborhood.
Apartments in Central Pattaya (city center) directly at the beach
Our higher quality apartments are in Pattaya’s TOP location: right in the city center with the sea and the beach right on the doorstep.
A modern shopping center with supermarket, restaurants, cinemas, bowling alleys, etc. is just next door.
Markets, coffee shops, ice cream shops, massage shops and public transport can be found in the immediate vicinity.

The 1 bedroom & 1 living room apartment is located on the 32nd floor with a dreamlike panorama over the bay and the city skyline. In the immediate vicinity are beautiful beach cafes and beachfront restaurants, as well as the state-of-the-art Terminal 21 shopping malls and the 2022 newly built Grand Center Point Space Hotel.
Access to the site and apartment building is via a key card. In the building there is a reception and a fitness room. The facility is guarded 24 hours a day. Covered parking and swimming pool and separate children’s pool are available.
