German Alpha course

The Literacy course (Alpha course) is a preparatory course for the German A1 course.

In addition to the alphabet, the students also learn to read, write and pronounce the most common German words as well as the vocabulary relevant to the exam.

The Literacy course

The Literacy course ( Alpha course) is a group course with a minimum of 3 participants. This begins 2 weeks before each A1 German course and consists of 20, 2-hour lessons, held Monday to Friday. Here the students have the opportunity to concentrate on reading, writing and pronunciation of the most common German vocabulary.

In contrast to the A1 course, this doesn’t focus on grammar, but familiarizes the students with the alphabet and introduces them to the most common German vocabulary which they will then be able to integrate with German grammar and its rules in the A1 course. In addition, the students also learn the vocabulary that is associated with the A1 exam.

(Students who have registered for the A1 course receive the Literacy course at a special price.)

Most of the participants in the A1 course also take the Alpha course in order to have an easier start.

Who is the Literacy course for?

For anyone who is new to the German language.

The Literacy course is particularly recommended for students who are not yet familiar with reading, writing and the pronunciation of the German alphabet, as well as the most commonly used German vocabulary.

Students who read and write English well, have it easier here, but can still benefit from participation.

This course is 20 hours, lasts 2 weeks and consists of 2-hour lessons that take place every day from Monday to Friday.

Administrative

Training costs

The tuition fees are to be paid in full BEFORE the course begins.

These can be paid in euros or Thai baht, by cash or by bank transfer or credit card (directly on site).

You can either transfer to us directly from abroad via international transfer, or to our Thai school account via fast money transfer (Western Union), or in euros to our German Commerzbank account (please ask us for the current foreign exchange rate).

After receipt of the payment, we will send you a written confirmation by email.

We recommend transferring the tuition fees directly to the school because unfortunately, as often happens, payments that are sent by the partners to the students are often not applied to the course fees, but to other things (family support, debt settlement, etc.)
