Private German lessons

The perfect alternative to group lessons. If you want to learn flexibly and independent of time.

Private lessons / individual training

1For students who feel uncomfortable in a group and / or want to learn at their own pace.

Advantages of individual training:

  • Immediate course start
  • Usually faster progression than in group courses
  • Flexible lesson times by arrangement
  • Teacher adapts to your learning style and pace
  • The lessons can be tailored to the specific needs and wishes of the student and their level of ability.

20 hours of private lessons are available for 25,900 baht.
For more than 20 hours, we offer special pricing.

To pass the A1 exam, experience has shown that pupils who learn in individual lessons only need approx. 60 lessons (60 hours = 69,900 baht).

Why private lessons?

Benefits:

  • Individual learning workload
  • Subject matter is tailored to the specific needs of a student (ideal for professional purposes).
  • Lessons scheduled by arrangement.
  • Absenteeism does not result in the deduction of hours, provided ample forewarning of the absentism is given, then the hours can be rescheduled.
  • Fast, targeted and effective

If you want to live in Germany, Austria or Switzerland as quickly as possible and don’t have the desire or flexibility to spend several months studying, you have the option of completing a 60-hour private course in approx. 4 weeks (3 hours a day with 5 days a week).

A1 test at the Goethe Institute

At the end of the course, you can take the test at the Goethe Institute in order to obtain the A1 certificate.

In a few weeks for the A1 test

If you are in a hurry, you can complete several lessons a day in order to finish the course more quickly.

This variant is only suitable for really focused and resilient people, as homework has to be done in addition to the lessons.

The A1 test

At least 60% is required to pass the exam.

  • As already mentioned, consistently over 80% of our students who take the exam, pass on the first attempt.

We have already helped well over a thousand German students succeed on the A1 exam.

Certificates are publicly displayed in our schools.

The Goethe-Institut has been in charge of testing since November 2018 and the A1 exam is also conducted in Pattaya as well, so unnecessary, time-consuming and costly trips to Bangkok are no longer necessary.

You can register for this directly with us.

The registration and exam fee is 4,400 baht (for the exam in Bangkok).

Students from other schools can also register with us for the exam. Upon request, a preliminary examination can be carried out at one of our schools. The cost for this is 1,500 baht.

Preliminary examination A1 test

In order to confirm the performance level of our students, we carry out a preliminary examination shortly before the end of the course.

There aren’t any additional costs for this preliminary examination and the exam follows the same format and criteria as the actual A1 exam at the Goethe Institute.

This is intended to familiarize the student with the examination procedure and to determine his performance level.

Recognizable weaknesses that come to light in the test result can then be ironed out in the last remaining lessons or through follow-up training.

The pretest is included in our private lessons of 60 hours or more, at no additional cost.

Training costs

The tuition fees must be paid in full before the course begins.

Fees can be paid in either euros or Thai baht, in cash or by bank transfer or credit card (directly on site).

If you are not in Thailand, you can also transfer directly to us from abroad by international transfer, or to our Thai school account by fast money transfer (Western Union, Transferwise), or in euros to our German Commerzbank account (the current foreign exchange rate, please ask us).

After receipt of the payment, we will send you a confirmation email. We recommend that tuition fees are transferred directly to the school because unfortunately, as often happens, payments sent directly to the students by their partners are not applied to the course fees, but to other things (family support, debt settlement, etc.).
